Director Karunakaran Blames Audience For Endukante Premanta Movie Flop
This sounds pretty usual, a director blaming the viewers for the poor show of his film. But, this came from a director like Karunakaran, and that is why it is shocking.
Known for his commercial flavoured love stories, Karunakaran is going slow these days and recently came with 'Endukante Premanta'. An average talk on first day and flop talk from second day has ruined the chances of this film. With Endukante Premanta going flop way, Karunakaran said 'watch the movie with heart but not with brain'. He means that audience are heartless, it seems.
Well, critics are blasting Karunakaran for these remarks. 'It is the director who should narrate a movie in a gripping way. Audience always watch movies with heart and only when the content irritates them, they pave way for brain to think about it', says a critic. What will Karunakaran say about this?
