Billa's Gun Misses Target
Amidst huge expectations, dubbed Tamil movie 'David Billa' has hit theatres in Tollywood today. Here goes the first talk of the movie from Film Nagar.
Made for hardcore Ajith fans, this movie aims at stylized fight sequences and rustic guns but misses the much needed connectivity. As a prequel to superhit 'Billa', one would expect hair raising experiences in this movie, but never gets one. While the movie looks grand on cinematography and production values due to talented cinematographer RD Rajasekhar on board, director Chakri Toleti failed to tune in those visuals for creating higher impact. While foreign model Bruna Abdullah pierces your hearts with her ravishing body, Miss India Parvathy Omnakuttan failed to woo youths.
On a whole 'David Billa' to Ajith is like what 'Panjaa' is to Pawan Kalyan, a powerful gun missing its target. The movie might entertain hardcore action fans and gives them a worth for the ticket, but disappoints general cine lovers.
