Born on July 16, 1984, Katrina Kaif made her Bollywood debut in the 2003 film Boom starring Amitabh Bachchan, Javed Jaffery, Jackie Shroff and Madhu Sapre. Subsequently, she appeared in Sarkar and Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya. Born in Hong Kong and raised in many countries including Switzerland, Germany, France and England, Katrina came to India to try her hand at modeling and acting.
