A study was conducted on 4,000 spouses to know about the happiest time a couple spends right from tying the knot. Here comes the figure that is not only shocking, but something every couple should know and re-work their relationship for better living.
The study revealed that most of them on an average are happiest for two years, 11 months and eight days after their marriage. In this tie, the couple feel completely okay with each other's bad habits and sexual desires. The study showed that couples enjoy full and active sex in this period and feel like romance all the time. After this period, some are busy with kids, some with businesses and some end up just watching TV in their living room. Researchers also found that there is no secret ingredient for a happy and everlasting marriage, other than the fact that respecting each other will do the needful.
Another study says that marrying a guy five years older to you, if you are a female and a five year younger girl for boys, works for a happy and longing marriage.
