Puri Jagannath Spoiling Golden Old Films?
Off late, Puri Jagan is drawing huge criticism for taking the title of a super hit golden Telugu movie and using it for doing some adult comedy kind of stuff. This happened with 'Devudu Chesina Manushulu' and this is happening again.
According to grapevine, Jagan is going to name his next with stylish hero Allu Arjun as 'Iddaru Ammayilu'. A movie of same name was released in 1970 featuring ANR and Vanishree, which became a big hit for its story and sentiment.
One might expect how Puri would show case his latest 'iddaru ammayilu', as he is planning to rope in Shruti Hassan and Taapsee for that. Even in his 'Devudu Cheisna Manushulu', double meaning dialogues of God against people and the psychic characterization of few characters is not going well with cine lovers. In that way, critics are saying that Puri is spoiling the name of good olden Telugu movies.
However, a source close to Puri Jagan confirmed that the film name is 'Iddaru Ammayilatho' but not 'Iddaru Ammayilu' as hyped in media. Watch this space for more updates.
