Shahrukh Khan Insulted National Flag?
Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan has become controversies favorite child. After public smoking and Wankade Stadium brawl, he has been linked to another controversy.
Lok Janashakti Party national secretary Ravi Brahme has lodged a complaint against Shahrukh for insulting the National Flag in a video uploaded on Youtube. Based on the complaint, the pune police have registered an FIR against the actor.
Cases were registered against Shahrukh under prevention of insults to National Honour Act, 1971. The case was now transferred to Mumbai police for further investigation. As there is video footage and photos to show that Shahrukh insulted National Flag, he couldn't escape with a minimal punishment. If the charges leveled against him were proven, he may get three years imprisonment.
