Sorry Teacher: Is this 'A' film a threat to society?
Teachers Association, Student Oraganizations and Social Activists had approached Human Rights Commission (HRC) demanding a ban on the film 'Sorry Teacher' by complaining that it is a threat to society. The story of this film revolves around a sexy teacher and a teenage student.
Several organizations have joined hands to stop the release of this adult flick which could provoke the students to think in a objectionable manner about their teachers. "We has raised objection to this film since Day 1 of shooting. Due to the protests, the makers had changed the tittle from 'I Love You Teacher' to 'Sorry Teacher'. But, the content remained unchanged. Looking at the posters and trailers one can understand that there is a lot of Adult content in the film. A school teacher is shown wearing revealing costumes and teaching her students. Is that possible in reality? If this film gets released, it will pollute the minds of students and also corrupt the teacher-student relationship," questioned an activist.
Although the Censor Board members promised to arrange a special screening for Teachers Association before the release, suddenly they refused to do so. HRC has directed the Censor Board regional officer to appear before it on August 23 and submit a detailed report on the issue.
