Director Shankar Becomes New Alexander:
Perhaps the only king who is called a true conqueror in history of mankind is Alexander the Great. Alexander was the only warrior who hailed from a small place like Greece but conquered almost the entire world. And today one man is being called as the celluloid Alexander. He is the showman of the south Shankar.
Today the world has got 199 countries and Shankar is known for choosing some rare locations. For his blockbuster movie 'Robot' he went to Chile and shot the famous 'Kilimanjaro...' song with superstar Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Bachchan. For his other film 'Jeans' he went to the 7 wonders of the world.
That way, he touches places not touched by anyone and he has that passion of being unique. It is heard that Shankar wants to cover maximum countries. And for his next movie I' it is heard that he wants to do some scenes and songs in some untouched countries. This is what inspired even Bollywood moviemaker Kabir Khan and he shot in various countries for his movie 'Ek Tha Tiger'. Way to go Shankar!!
