Sana Khan of Gaganam fame said that though she is donning the role of Silk Smitha she is not Silk Smitha. She is currently acting in a Malayalam film titled Climax which is based on the life of the late popular glamour actress Silk Smitha.

She while speaking about acting in this role said, “Silk Smitha is not an actress who dances in a crowd and goes away. She has a place for her in the Indian film history. It is my luck I am donning the role of the bold Silk Smitha.
