Rana Daggubati Turns Fifty Crores Hero!
Daggubati Rana is all set to conquer new heights in the coming days. His father Suresh Babu is against spending big bucks on films. He always plays safe and that is the reason why there is no big budgeted film from Rana till date inspite of being the son of Suresh, the owner of legendary Suresh Productions.
However, Rana has finally won the confidence of his father with Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum. Suresh Babu sensed that his son is a superstar material and can shoulder a high budget film. Soon after the trailer of KVJ is out, Suresh Babu immediately called upon Selva Raghavan, who had planned a high budget period film with Rana earlier.
That film was scrapped as Suresh Babu was reluctant to spend fifty crores on the project. He didn't believe that Rana can pull that film off and it was scrapped. But KVJ has made him think twice and therefore he didn't waste time anymore and called upon Selva to revive that project. Luckily, Selva Raghavan has not yet decided on his next project. He has readily accepted to direct this film and we can expect this film to launch Rana into the big league. Rejoice Rana fans!
