Two Big Wonders at Nandi Awards:
While Bapu's 'Sri Rama Rajyam' is a picturesque scape of legendary writing Ramayan, none of the awards like 'Filmfare' considered it as a best competitor for 'Best Feature Film' award. A commercial flick like 'Dookudu' is able to pierce through the hearts of committees but not Bapu's creation. But surprising all fans of Bapu, AP government has given Best Film 2011 Nandi Award to 'Sri Rama Rajyam'.
Secondly, a film titled 'Prayogam' hasn't even got recognition for the kind of content it is made of. The director, who is also producer of the movie, lost around 1 crore of his own money and even thought of ending his life. Though his money couldn't be recovered, he will at last sleep peacefully with 'Best Debut Director Nandi' he got.
Time to call these two acts as wonders, say critics!
