Venkatesh Shadow Becomes Another REBEL?
Victory Venkatesh for the first time in his career is coming up with the role of a mafia don and at an age when he should be thinking of getting into more senior roles, this character is definitely a challenge. The film we are talking about is ‘Shadow’ but more than that, it is heard that few other issues are emerging.
According to inside talk from the cinema arena, it is heard that ‘Shadow’ has overshot the budget by a large margin and the film’s shooting is yet to be completed. This is just like ‘Rebel’ in terms of budget overshooting. With someone like Prabhas as the hero, ‘Rebel’ barely managed to survive. So, it will be really difficult for someone like Venkatesh to pull the film to a safe zone. Most importantly, director Meher Ramesh is another doubtful option. His films always have style and rich production but the content and stories are very hollow and stale. The true picture will be known only when the film releases.
