Rana's KVJ with No Body Dupes:
Generally, Actors use their Body Doubles while shooting risky stunt sequences to keep themselves away from getting injured.
Tollywood hunk Rana Daggubati, however, is unlucky as far as using the body double is concerned and his track record even indicates the same. "As Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum is an action adventure, we shot some raw action sequences. In the first schedule itself, my hand got injured while canning fights outside Ramoji Film City and the shooting was halted for few days. Then I suffered another injury on my face during the shoot in Madras. For my size, I don't get a body double. So, That's the reason why I get injured more than any other actor. (smiles)," says the actor.
When asked how his family would react whenever he gets hurt, Rana said,"I used to deliberately keep the injury as a secret and when they came to know about it I just downplay it by saying there is nothing serious. Injuries are a part of an actor's life. Even my Uncle Venkatesh got severely injured during the shooting of Bobbili Raja, but it didn't came out as the media is not vibrant then".
