Senseless Writers Irritating Nagarjuna:
Whenever some media publishes unsolicited news, few writers will blindly follow them without looking into the facts. These kinds of articles will not make readers all time happy, and if the reader is a hero like Nagarjuna, he will be irritated for sure.
Reports have that some print and electronic media are still writing that Nagarjuna's 'Damarukam' is loosely inspired from Amish's novel 'The Immortals Of Meluha'. Knowing this, the makers and hero of Damarukam are shocked as to why they are writing like this. There is a big story and clarification behind this shock.
Earlier during a press meet, Nagarjuna has given clarity about this 'novel' rumours as follows:
'Media has written that Damarukam is based on Immortals of Meluha, which is really not. We aren't even loosely inspired. Ours is a different story altogether. Even the writer of that novel, Amish, has sent me a legal notice that I'm copying his book. I've called him over phone and given him clarity in writing that Damrukam is entirely different from his book', said Nagarjuna.
At least, after listening to this, the writers should have realized that Damarukam is different from that book, says a unit member.
Also, what makes sense is at least these writers could have read trilogy novels 'Immortals Of Meluha' and 'The Secret Of The Nagas', to get a complete understanding of the story. IOM deals with 3000 BC subject, where a man named Shiva is touted as Neelkanth and how he realizes his real work in this world before dealing with three different kingdoms Suryavanshis, Chandravanshis and Nagas. But as they said Damarukam story is about a villain trying to control five-elements and so, which is not there in any single page of 'Meluha' novel. Writers might mislead readers but not beyond facts!
