The last few years have not been that great for heroine Ileana in terms of box office success. Though she was busy with back to back films in Tollywood, except ‘Jalsa’ ‘Kick’ and ‘Julayi’ none of the other films worked. Some of them also began to mention that Ileana is no longer the lucky charm for the heroes.  

But the Goan beauty was confident about her skills and she moved to Bollywood to do the film ‘Barfi’. And her conviction has paid off. Ileana got the best debutante award for her role in the film at the prestigious Filmfare awards. Also, Ileana is busy with the shooting of her second film ‘Phata Poster Nikla Hero’ with Shahid Kapoor.  After all the flop she has tasted in Tollywood Ileana is now getting into the positive mode as she feels that things will be very good for her in 2013. It is also heard that from now on Ileana is willing to do only performance driven roles in Tollywood and doesn’t want to depend on her sex appeal and oomph. This is one new phase she is entering now.
