A new photo of the Colombian singer shows her wearing just a bikini top and wrap skirt while posing with her shirtless hunky soccer star fiancé Gerard Piqué.
The pic was released in conjunction with the parents-to-be's "virtual baby shower," a new initiative in which fans can donate to UNICEF by purchasing "Inspired Gifts" to help less-privileged children.
