Shruti Haasan joined the shoot of the film Yevadu. Ram Charan is the male lead in this film. Earlier Samantha was selected as the leading lady. She walked out of the film citing date problems. Shruti filled into the space that was vacated by Samantha. Shruti Haasan tasted her first commercial success last year with the film Gabbar Singh opposite powerstar Pawan Kalyan.
