A 23-year-old medical student was brutally raped and ravaged by 6 men in our nation's capital, and the physically battered girl succumbed to her injuries a few days later.
This was followed by outrage from all corners of the country, condemning such an incident, and rape in general! Many Tollywood celebrities have come out and expressed their condolences to the victim's family, and have also showed their solidarity against these kind of crimes!
Recently, Megastar Chiranjeevi was present at a candlelight vigil taken out by a large group of women, to protest against rape! At another event, many T-town celebrities also gathered for a protest, and candlelight vigil, to pay their tributes to the Delhi gang rape victim! A noble gesture by the T-town celebs indeed!
