The Welsh glamour girl gave birth at 10.45am this morning to 6lb 2oz daughter Ariana Siena Horsley.
Ariana is Imogen's first child with city trader boyfriend Adam Horsley.
Imogen, 30, is believed to have had a Caesarean because her baby was in the breech position.
The former Big Brother star revealed on Twitter last month: “My date is booked for a c section! Eeekks! Nervous excited mixed emotions! Can’t wait to meet my baby xxxxxxxxxxxxx.”
And when the brunette was then attacked by some Twitter users for being "too posh to push", she added: "For those of u criticising me for having a c sec...the doctor says I have to as my stomach muscles r too strong to turn baby x."
Imogen had previously told how she wanted to have a water birth.
Her spokesman said today: "Mother and baby are both doing really well and are both healthy.
"Imogen is pleased as she wanted a daughter."
