Kollywood is facing tough time than ever, as all the movies are almost into controversies. Though its controversies are not new to industry, the recent impact on controversial movies will surely make the movie makers to rethink carefully on their storylines, characters and more.
After Viswaroopam issue is settled, it is Kadal that got into trouble as a Christian group (Indian Christian Democratic Party) filed a case against Kadal and demands 7 scenes chop from the movie and still there is no response from the director Mani Ratnam.
Protestors also said the movie has got some intolerable scenes which hurts a particular religion of the society and demands for immediate removal of those 7 scenes from Kadal. The Madras Talkies production has Gautham Karthik and Thulasi Nair in the lead roles.
