Sofia Vergara is reportedly undergoing an operation.
According to the Daily Mail, the "Modern Family" star has been hospitalized and will have surgery, although the severity of her condition is not yet known.
Vergara is said to have canceled her Oscars plans, including her appearance at Madonna's party later tonight.
But, a source close to the star tells HuffPost Celebrity that "Sofia is fine and there is nothing to worry about."
Despite the reports, the 40-year-old actress seemed to be in good spirits as she was pictured out and about Friday evening in West Hollywood with her fiance Nick Loeb. The couple enjoyed a low-key dinner at BOA Steakhouse before leaving the restaurant through the back door.
