The parents of child artist Narla Teja, who was found dead in Ganges near Rishikesh on March 11, has all curse for the management of Mir Piri Academy in Amritsar, where he was pursuing his inter second year. They say that the caretaker's negligence is responsible for their son's mishap. Before his dead body was found, Teja's mother Narla Sridhar Hemalatha had blamed the caretaker for the mishap.

Talking to TV 9, she had said, "My son is studying in Mir Piri Academy. He had gone to Rishikesh for a yoga conference. On March 5 evening, we received
a call from the school management. They said that along with his friends, he had gone for swimming in the river Ganges, where he was missing." Hemalatha, who is shocked to hear the news about the death of her son Teja, had claimed that her son had gone missing due to the negligence of the caretaker.

She had added, "Teja's father rushed to Rishikesh soon after the cops informed them of the development and he came to know that it was a danger zone. But the school management had not informed us about his trip to this place." Talking to TV 9, Teja's friend Rocky also blamed the caretaker. He said, "In this danger zone, water level is 3 to 4 feet high at one place, but a couple of feet away from this, the level changes to 30 feet high.

The caretaker should have carefully handled the students, have not used life boat or jacket. Their irresponsibility should be blamed for this accident. However, on Monday midnight, the Rishikesh police have recovered the body of Narla Teja after a week long rescue operation. Teja's family says that his body has been sent for post-mortem and it will be brought to the city today (March 13).

His final rites are expected to take place on the same evening.
