Rajamouli Expected another Award too for Kicha Sudeep:
SS Rajamouli, whose film 'Eega' bagged two National Awards, is apparently disappointed. Don't get hot and bothered. Take it easy. Rajamouli is happy that his film bagged two National Awards, but he expected another award too.
Sensational director SS Rajamouli had hoped another National Award too for 'Eega'. Any guesses? Yeah, he hoped an award for Kannada star Kichcha Sudeep, who played the antagonist in the film. Rajamouli thought Sudeep would win an award as well.
"Well, we were expecting for visual FX for sure and I was also expecting an award for Sudeep. I feel happy for my team and Makuta VFX who really crossed barriers, particularly in animation, to get the amazing result," Rajamouli said.
'Eega' was a story about how a young man, who is reborn as a housefly, takes revenge on his killer. The movie featured Nani and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the lead roles. 'Eega' won Nation Awards for 'Best Special Effects' and 'Best Regional Film' in Telugu.
