Generally one should take some time to exploit the themes explored by someone else in the industry. We all know that Rajamouli desires from a long time to make a historical film on Vijayanagar King Sri Krishna Devaraya. However, family hero Srikanth is now coming up with a film 'Devaraya' that deals with the story of this king. One can imagine how impactful this movie will be as it is getting made under a simple budget. But this subject will now make Rajamouli wait for years as he don't want to touch it very soon. Looks like, our family hero has spoiled the mood of Jakkanna who is running high with 'Eega' success.
But what has Srikanth to do with this, as it is the makers who have decided to do this subject. And on the flip side, everyone should get a chance to prove their skills as some subjects are not trademarks of few, say critics.
