Samantha Pairs up with Surya!!
After the stupendous success of Naan Ee (Eega Tamil version), Samantha has become hot favorite for bi-lingual films. All the top filmmakers who are planning Telugu-Tamil versions are now keen on roping her for their future projects to cash on her popularity and the business range.
Although Sam missed the opportunity to work with Maniratnam for Kadhal and Shankar for Manoharudu due to her ailment, another biggie has fallen on her lap. She was the first choice for the female lead for Tamil star Suriya's film which will be directed by Lingusamy (Run, Pandem Kodi, Awara fame). The actress is yet to sign the project and the official announcement will be out within few days.
Almost all the films signed by Samantha upto now have been nearing completion, so she will be a free bird soon to sign some exciting projects. Her films Yeto Vellipoyindi Manasu and Autonagar Surya are gearing up for release, the shooting multi-starrer film SVSC will be completed by November and Siddharth-Nandini Reddy's film will be wrapped up by December. Along with Ram Charan-Vamsi Paidipalli's Yevadu, the shooting of her new projects will most probably begin from this year end onwards.
