Srinu Vaitla Continuously Changing Cameraman for Baadshah:
Srinu Vaitla used to repeat his core team which include Kona Venkat, Gopi Mohan, Devi Sri Prasad and Cameraman Prasad Murella for his every film until Dookudu happened. Due to the date issues with DSP, Vaitla took Thaman on board for Dookudu. Prasad Murella walked out of Dookudu after completing 70 percent of shoot due the clash with the Director and then came cinematographer KV Guhan on board to complete the rest of the film. Only star writers Kona, Gopi were part of the Srinu's camp now!
Vaitla is finding difficult to build the rapport with his cameramans after Prasad Murella's exit. He hadn't either repeated KV Guhan for his new project Baadshah. Till now two cameramans were asked to leave Baadshah which is in half way of shooting. Cinematographer Andrew (Ullasamga Utsahanga fame) was roped in for the film initially and after completing a schedule in Europe, he was replaced with Jayanan Vincent (Gabbar Singh fame). After the Bangkok schedule, Jayanan was replaced with RD Rajasekhar.
If the same pattern continues, Srinu Vaitla may replace few more cameramans before wrapping up the entire shoot. Unit sources say, the director wasn't happy with the working style of the cameramans and so he decide to go for a better option. Will Srinu Vaitla find a permanent cameraman for his flicks anytime soon?
