Two Star Directors Overaction!!! | Mani Ratnam and Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) Aiming for High Budget Movies

Two Star Directors Overaction!!!

The eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma and the maverick moviemaker Mani Ratnam are good friends and share positive vibes with each other. But maybe they also share a streak of over-action in them and that could be a reason why they are friends. Here is the tale of these two director friends.

Both of them are in the craze for big budget flicks. It is heard that Mani Ratnam's 'Kadal' is being made at a whopping Rs 50 crores while Ramu's '26/11' is being made at Rs 40 crores. The figures they are quoting, people will not believe it at all. 'Kadal' is an ordinary movie and not even with period backdrop.

To an extent '26/11' may take some budget due to the action sequences and settings but that is also filled with debutantes so it is really doubtful if so much money would be spent. As it is, Ramu is known for his optimum style of moviemaking. All in all, it looks like both Mani and Ramu are doing some over-action here.
