'Vana Yuddham' Movie Contraversies:
Films based on real life men and that too those who have grown up in blood and feuds always carry an element of controversy. We have seen that happening with 'Rakta Charitra' because it dealt with the bloody war between Paritala Ravi and Maddelacheruvu Suri. And now, another film has come into light.
This is happening at Kollywood and the film has been titled as 'Vana Yuddham'. This happens to be a bilingual film based on the life of the forest brigand Veerappan and the Kannada version is titled as 'Attahasa'. This is directed by AMR Ramesh and after a lot of hiccups, the film has reached one stage. But here is the twist.
It is heard that following a court order, the film was shown to Muthulakshmi, wife of Veerappan. She saw and reportedly raised many objections demanding the cutting of few scenes. Those who heard this are saying it reminds them of the time of 'Rakta Charitra' making and controversies. Let us see where this drama goes.
