Award Winning Director Neelakanata Gets Ignored:
When you win an award, you need make movies that will entertain audiences and win another award, but not test their patience levels. If audience get bored, even an award winning director will be ignored.
Take the case of National Award winning director Neelakanta, who is struggling to get attention these days. Even though he released the trailer of his upcoming romantic entertainer 'Chammak Challo' a couple of days, there are no good ravings about it. A senior producer stated that, 'as Neelakanta delivered back to back patience testers like Nandanavanam 90 kms and Mr Medhavi, people are scared to get to him'. Though he made a good film 'Virodhi' sometime back, it didn't get much commercial break and applause.
With his latest film being a simple love story featuring Varun Sandesh and Sanchita Padukoney, trade circuits are expecting Neelakanta to score a hit this time. Let us see if he gets ignored or cared!
