Fake Account Troubles for Tollywood Villain Sudeep:
Social networking can be a powerful tool and also troublesome for celebrities. Sudeep who shot to fame in Telugu with Eega is the latest victim.
This prolific actor landed in an embarrassing situation when he was questioned by people about some derogatory content on his social networking page. He, however, was quick to clarify that the Facebook account in his name carrying some derogatory content against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalitha is Fake. "A Facebook account with derogatory comments and pictures is making rounds on the web. I would like to clarify that it is a Fake profile," he asserted.
Sudeep alleged that the fake account is an ploy by some miscreants to tarnish his image and requested everyone to ignore that profile. To make the fake profile look original, the account holder is updating Sudeep's tweets on the page from time-to-time. More than anything else, these fake accounts are giving sleepless nights to celebs. Only stern action against the culprits will curb such illegal activities, or else the situation might turn even worse!
