Samantha Facing New Challenge!
Usually the non-Telugu actresses in Tollywood hesitate to make that extra effort to dub their voice for the roles they played in the films. Most of the imported beauties prefer to depend on the dubbing artistes, but Samantha makes it clear now that she isn't one among them!
Till recently, Singer Chinamyi used to dub for Samantha for all her Telugu films. But the actress has made up her mind to take the dubbing process as a challenge from now. Currently, she is dubbing for Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh starrer Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu which is in the last leg of shooting. "So I have taken on the task of dubbing for my Telugu films....SVSC dubbing Day 1.... Half way through...I am still alive hee hee," says the actress.
Samantha recently dubbed for herself in Gautham Menon's romantic entertainer Neethane En Ponvasantham (Eto Vellipoyindi Manasu in Telugu) and that output seems to have given her enough confidence to dub for her Telugu films too. Good for Sam and Good for Tollywood, but not a good news for Chinamyi who stealed the hearts with her endearing voice in Ye Maaya Chesave.
