Actress Preeti Jain Rape Case Is False!!?
Struggling actress Preeti Jain who lodged a rape case against happening director Madhur Bhandarkar has faced rejection from Supreme Court today. SC has rejected the rape case after looking at a plea filed by the director.
Way back in 2004, Preeti has lodged a rape case against Madhur saying that the director has lured her on the pretext of giving roles in his films. After that case, Madhur went on to become top director in Bollywood for the kind of realistic films he is making and at the same time the case is also haunting him. After nine years, he filed a plea in Supreme Court that police has taken statements only from Preeti, but not him and the case is invalid. Agreeing with him, SC has quashed the allegation made by the actress.
Surprisingly, Preeti has also withdrawn her case citing that she doesn't want to drag that issue to this many years. Is this rape-case is just a false accusation then?
