CGR Hindi Remake Fears Everyone!! | Pawan Kalyan's Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu Bollywood Remake

CGR Hindi Remake Fears Everyone!!

In the past two years or so, Bollywood stars have been competing to acquire the remake rights of South Indian hit films. Films like Ghajini, Wanted, Singham, Bodyguard and Rowdy Rathore have set the cash registers ringing and also made it to the Rs 100-crore club. Soon to follow is Rajamouli's Maryada Ramanna remake Son of Sardar.

Surprising, A super-hit Telugu film which has a lot of scope to perform well all over the country has no takers for it's Hindi remake rights. It's none other than Pawan Kalyan's motivational film Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu.

The reason behind the fear of Bollywood stars is very clear that they don't want to face the ire of political outfits, just like the Telugu version got affected in Telangana region. Apparently, the role played by Prakash Raj in the film closely resembles to that of MNS chief Raj Thackarey and his Marathi movement (attacking settlers and non-marathi people in Mumbai). So it's obvious that no actor or filmmaker would dare to invite trouble by attempting such project. CGR producers surely missed the chance to pocket around Rs 5 crores due to these developments. Only option left with them is to dub the film, so that few Hindi channels may come forward to acquire it's satellite rights.
