Many biggies have started Film Schools in the name of producing talent, but are none are able to deliver one happening director till date. That too the talent produced by these schools are ending up as regular Assistant Directors, the position you can join without spending all these lakhs for a Film Course. Also, these courses are not getting identified by govt as a Bachelor's degree, so it will be difficult to fetch jobs in advertising and other industries where film making skills are required.
Amidst all these reasons, what is the point in doing a course in Film School rather learning it from a director in a due course of working as an Assistant Director? For this reason, many students are dropping out of these schools after 3 months, say industry people. Cam someone revive this situation?
