Venkatesh Stops 'Shadow' For SVSC:
Family hero Venkatesh is in a tight spot with two of his big-ticket ventures competing with each other to share a Box Office success. But our star-hero has inclined towards the big-sized multi starrer only leaving the small-sized one aside.
Director Meher Ramesh has confirmed that 'Shadow' is not releasing on Pongal though the movie is almost completed. 'Shadow' is also multi-starrer movie with Venkatesh and Srikanth in leads, where Venky plays the role of a mafia don. However, the reason behind this is very clear. Meher Ramesh stated that in order to pave way for 'Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu', 'Shadow' has opted out of the race. Analysts say that Venky might have felt that 'Seethamma' needs to recover vast budget and leaving way for that flick is a good thing.
We have to see how Venky's 'sacrifice' of his 'shadow' will help SVSC scored a brownie at Box Office. Because this Pongal is not going to be easy as there are other highly anticipated flicks like 'Naayak' and 'Mirchi' are also in the race.
