Director Hypnotizes his Heroine:
Tamil filmmaker Bala (Seshu, Sivaputrudu fame) is known for his realistic presentation and extracting the best out of his cast and crew. Most of the actor who war going through a career slump wish to work this tough task maker to get back to the track. Vikram, Suriya, Laila, Vishal and few other noted stars fits into the same league. Now, Vedika is hopeful of making an impact with Bala's upcoming film Paradesi.
Speaking about her working experience with the director, Vedhika said,"Bala sir is one who is extremely passionate about his work and inspires you a lot. The hypnotizing aura he carries will make everyone on the sets to do exactly what he expects from each person. How did he cast me for such an unusual and deglamorized role? It's still surprising for me!".
Paradesi is a period film based on the real incidents that happened during the pre-Independence in India in the 1930s. Vedhika will be seen as a village belle. The transformation of the actress from a fair-skinned girl to dusky woman is praiseworthy and its also an indication of Bala's homework and how particular he would be regarding the look of his actors.
