Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh To Share Nandi Award:
For Tollywood, the biggest award one would definitely feel honored is the Nandi Award given by AP State Government. The talk in Film Nagar is about two big heroes who have all the chances of bagging 'Best Actor' for 2012.
Family hero Venkatesh and Superstar Mahesh are coming with 'Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' in a month. Insiders revealed that both have given some strong emotional performances which will bring tears for spectators. They say that this will be the best of both heroes' performance till date and it will fetch a joint Nandi Award for them.
Venky received Golden Nandi for five times till date, last one being for 'Aduvari Matalaku Arthale Verule', while Nijam, Athadu, Dookudu are the three movies that fetched 'Best Actor' Nandi's for Mahesh. If 'Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu' goes for a bang, then there are chances that these two will receive their 6th and 4th Nandi award jointly. Earlier this 'joint' award happened for Chiru and Nag in 2002 for Indra and Santosham.
But Venky and Mahesh will get an entry into 2012 Nandi Awards only if 'Seethamma' completes Censor certification before Dec 31st, else they have to compete for 2013 Nandi awards.
