Chiranjeevi Sarja seems to be bitten by remake bug, as the actor has signed yet another remake film in the row. The actor, who had starred in Dandam Dashagunam (Remake of Tamil film Kaakha Kaakha) and gearing up for the release of Varadhanayaka, the Kannada version of Telugu film Lakshyam), will be starring in the remake of Pizza, which is titled as Whistle.
Well, Chiranjeevi Sarja has been signed to play the lead role in Pizza, which is a superhit Tamil film of the year. Prashanth Raj has acquired the Kannada rights and he has roped in Chiru. Actress Pranitha will be pairing up the Vaayuputra actor in the upcoming Sandalwood film. The director has confirmed the news and said that he will be changing the script to suit the taste of the local audience.
Reports also add that there was a lot of competition for the rights but Prashanth Raj successfully won the bidding. He has paid Rs 35 lakhs for the rights. However, Chiranjeevi, on signing remake film again, said that he was not doing consciously but it was that these good remake scripts are coming his way. Meanwhile, Pranitha has expressed her happiness over being part of the project and claimed that she has complete faith on the director's script.
