Thuppaki Crossed Rs 100 Crores Mark:
Thuppakki is a film directed by Mugugudoss which has Vijay and Kajal Agarwal in the lead roles. This film was released on Deepavali day and has turned out to be a great hit.
This film has now broken records by yielding a profit Rs 100 Crores. Director A R Murugadoss while speaking about this said, ” On the first week of Thuppakki release, it yielded a profit of Rs 50 Crores. Now it has earned Rs 100 Crores and has joined the list of Rs 100 Crores film.”
Thuppaki before its release encountered lots of problems. Initially there was a great issue regarding with its title. This issue had gone to the Court. Later on there were protests by Muslim Organizations. In spite of so many problems, Thuppakki has heaped so many profits. A R Murugadoss is now planning to remake this film in Hindi.
