Shruti Hassan Reduces Remuneration for Ram Charan:
Kamal Hassan daughter Shruti Haasan may be one of the most sought after actresses in Tollywood right now, but she too has to make few comprises to get what she wants! This glamorous diva slashed down her pay check to grab the opportunity to team up with Ram Charan in Yevadu.
It is already known that Samantha was sacked from Yevadu due to some unknown reasons and producer Dil Raju later approached Shruti Haasan to play the female lead. Notably, Shruti entered into the top league with the stupendous success of 'Gabbar Singh' and she is charging over Rs 1 crore per film now. However, Dil Raju made it clear to the actress that he is willing to pay just Rs 60 lakh and she will be replaced if this offer is turned down. Knowing the fact that pairing opposite Charan will give a big boost to her career, Shruti decided to cut down her pay package.
Sources close to the actress rubbished the reports as baseless, apart from saying Shruti isn't one of those actresses who go after money and what matters the most to her is a good script. According to their version, the delay is just due to the adjustment of call-sheets and the shoot will begin post Pongal.
