Dhanush is playing the main lead in Mariyaan under Bharath Bala’s direction. Parvathi Menon is playing the female lead and A.R.Rahman is composing the tunes for this film.

Mariyaan is touted as a drama thriller and the makers are planning to release the teaser on March 29. The movie is slated for summer release.

Salim Kumar, Uma Riyaz Khan and Appukutty are playing the prominent roles and Marc Koninckx is handling the cinematography. Venu Ravichander is producing this movie under Aascar Films.
