Last time we saw Jenna Jameson, we were pleasantly surprised shocked: The adult film star walked the Grammys red carpet wearing a classy, long-sleeved gown -- with a high neckline, no less.

But this weekend Jameson returned to form, you could say, in a more NSFW-ish outfit. The 38-year-old celebrated her upcoming birthday in Las Vegas wearing a skintight jumpsuit with sheer panels in all the, er, right places. The black and white onesie provided an interesting contrast to Jameson's latest beauty look: green hair.

Jenna isn't the only celebrity to rock a wild jumpsuit in recent memory (what up, Miley); in fact, this particularly ensemble reminds us of Beyonce's black and white jumpsuit from the 2013 Grammys.

But there's just something extra special about Jenna's outfit. Maybe it's the sheer panel that subtly reveals some "underboob," or perhaps it's the way the fabric bunches up in the crotch region. Either way, this outfit is a sight to behold.
