Lifestyle: 40% Youth Depend On Coffee For Pleasure
You read it right. 40% of the youths are depending on 'Coffee' to get pleasure, which in turn is effective in their productiveness. Researchers have found that most of the western world is addicted to this hot-drink and the trend is growing fast in sub-continent too.
A study conducted by an American University revealed that without coffee most of the youths are not using their brains to the fullest. People in nursing and designing professions are the most addicted guys to coffee. Youths between the ages of 18-24 admitted that they can't concentrate on work unless they get the pleasure of coffee. It is also found that 40% of the employees drinking more than two cups coffee on a working day to keep the creative mechanism working. Indian researches are also saying that coffee is playing pivotal role in software industry, while rest of India is addicted to tea mainly.
While having caffeine everyday is not a bad habit, over drinking will have some adverse effects like 'memory loss' in the long run, says a doctor. Stay connected for more interesting research findings!
