Amala's Re-Entry Not as Expected:
During her heydays, Amala had a strong fan following. Films like 'Shiva' 'Nirnayam' 'Vijetha' 'Gharshana' made her a heartthrob of many men. However, times have passed and Amala drifted to different life quitting acting. So, it came as a huge excitement for her fans when she was making a comeback.
This is through the film 'Life Is Beautiful' and many expected Amala's role to be decent with lot of dialogues and versatility. Basically, they expected it to be a gracious re-entry. However, Amala came in with a shocker. She had a dull and depressed look as she did the role of a cancer patient.
Whatever little beautiful shots of her were there they went away in montage scenes. That way, what many thought would be good went into montage what was not that desired was shown more. The hope is that Amala would take up few more projects and show her original beauty once again.
