Nagarjuna Aims for Rs.100 crores?
Did anyone pay attention to director Srinivasa Reddy's speech at Damarukam Audio launch? This is his big ticket movie and no wonder he was very excited. In that excitement he stated that everyone who spends a rupee on Damarukam will get four rupees back! Well, that means the producer of this movie should be expecting nothing less than 100 crore rupees.
More than 35 crore rupees have been spent on Damarukam and it is touted to be one of the biggest movies ever in terms of budget. If the director's predictions have to be taken seriously, Damarukam should make nothing short of 100 crore even if it is sold for Rs. 10 crore deficit. Even Nagarjuna is upbeat and pumped up about this movie.
He said that we will get to see the real commercial stamina of his film now. We don't know what his prediction is over Damarukam, but should be expecting at least Rs. 30 crore share from it. However, the director is expecting it to be all time biggest hit in Tollywood history. Let's see!
