Stunning Business Offers for Pawan Kalyan's CGR!!
Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu producer Danayya is showing immense confidence in his film. He is not selling the rights of this film even if he gets fancy price as offer. Despite the attractive offer from overseas distributor, Danayya refused to sell off the rights. He is releasing the film on his own in this territory.
As per reports CGR got an offer of Rs. 42 lakhs from Tamilnadu region. But producer is quoting Rs. 55 lakhs it seems. He made it clear that he would only sell the rights if they are willing to pay the quoted price. Telugu films don't have great market in Tamilnadu. They get few weeks run in Chennai only. So the business offers from Tamilnadu would be less compared to Karnataka.
Pawan's previous film Gabbar Singh did well in Tamilnadu, inspite of being the remake of popular Hindi film Dabangg. By then even the Tamil remake of Gabbar Singh was released in Tamilnadu. Irrespective of all these hurdles, Gabbar Singh did exceptionally well and hence Danayya believes that a straight film like CGR should do even better in this region.
