Nayanatara: Only Balakrishna Can Do It!!
Nayanatara who bagged the prestigious Nandi Award (Best Actress) for Sri Rama Rajyam can't ask for anything more as this is her 9th award she received this year for the film.
The actress has given credit for the honor to Nandamuri Balakrishna who was instrumental in making her sign the project. "I wouldn't have done the role of Sita, if not for Balakrishna sir. He personally called me up and told me that he will drop the project completely if I'm not signing the film. No other big star will say something like that, especially when there are dozen actresses in the Industry. His words touched me and infused confidence into me to take up the role," says the beauty.
"The three faces that came into my mind after coming to know about winning the best actress award are Balakrishna, Director Bapu and Producer Saibabu. I was always confident that Sri Rama Rajyam will be a special film in my career," she added.
