Theatre Personality Venukuttan Nair Passes Away:
PK Venukuttan Nair, the famous Malayalam theatre and film personality, passed away recently, after a brief period of illness! The 81-year-old thespian was well known in theatre circles in Kerala, and was the recipient of a number of awards, including the State Govt. award for Best Drama Director, for 4 times.
He was also the proud recipient of the Kerala Sangeetha Nataka Academy honour for his contribution to the field of drama! The late actor is survived by his wife
