Mohanlal facing trouble with smoking!
Malayalam superstar Mohanlal has gotten into legal trouble thanks to his latest release Karmayodha. A poster from this movie showcased the star smoking a cigar and this has earned the wrath of the Health Ministry in Kerala which is strictly against the endorsement of smoking in films and TV programmes.
Summons have been issued by the Judicial First Class Magistrate to Mohanlal as well as the film’s director Major Ravi among others. They have to appear in person on March 18th in the Thiruvananthapuram court.All such posters showcasing Mohanlal smoking a cigar have been removed in Kerala as there are stringent conditions against the advertisement of tobacco products.
