'Life is Beautiful' like Happy Days??
He is barely four films old and he took off with a very refreshing approach in his storylines creating a clean family entertainer atmosphere. But today he seems to be facing the risk of getting stereotype with his format. He is none other than the maverick moviemaker Sekhar Kammula.
Discussions are happening after watching Kammula's latest offering 'Life Is Beautiful'. The common comment is that it is just like 'Happy Days' but with few extra top-ups. Though good talk is coming, the general opinion is many say it is not bad but it is definitely not showing the mettle of Kammula as a filmmaker.
Already, reports are arriving that the collections have dropped in India and few unconfirmed sources from overseas especially USA mention that the collections in few areas such as Virginia have been quite disappointing. It is about time Kammula pulls up his socks and silences his critics then.
